Making connections with Horsemanship
WHO WE ARE
The SKAHA Horsemanship Society is a regionally based organization of experienced horsewomen and men, young horse enthusiasts, their families, and passionate community builders who are committed to promoting access to responsible horsemanship and animal husbandry practices.
WHAT WE DO
We bring the benefits of horsemanship and a 'barn life' to the whole community.
Horsemanship is a skill set and knowledge base that allows humans to safely and beneficially partner with horses in a way that enhances the lives of both species. Its rewards are limitless - especially when its success and progress is measured by the joy and contentment of horses and humans alike as they join up in their herd of choice. We work to promote a horsemanship community (or herd) that cultivates growth, connection, and enjoyment for all.
